1. Rotary Machine Unbalanced

Unbalance is the most common fault in various rotating machines.

The cause of rotor unbalance is manifold, Rotary Machine such as the unreasonable structure design of the rotor, the deviation of machining quality, the assembly error, the uneven material, the difference of the dynamic balance and the relative position of the coupling; rotor parts defects, such as: in operation due to corrosion, wear, uneven media scaling, shedding; the rotor is affected by the fatigue stress caused by the parts of the rotor (such as impeller, blades, surrounding belt, pull tendons, etc.) damage, fall off, the formation of fragments fly out, and so on.

Rotor misalignment can be divided into coupling misalignment and bearing misalignment. 3. Rotary Machine Shaft bending and thermal bending

The axis bending means that the centerline of the rotor is in a straight state. The bending of the rotor is divided into two types: permanent bending and temporary bending.

The permanent bending of the rotor is the permanent bow of the rotor. It is due to the unreasonable structure of the rotor, the manufacturing error, the uneven material, the long-term improper storage of the rotor and the permanent bending deformation, or the hot-state parking is not in time for the car or the wrong disk, rotor thermal stability, long-term operation of the rear axle of natural bending and so on.

The temporary bending of the rotor is caused by the improper operation of the warm machine on the rotor, the running speed and the uneven heat deformation of the rotating shaft.

The permanent bending and the temporary bending of the rotor are two different faults, but the mechanism of the fault is the same. The rotational vector excitation force is similar to the mass eccentricity, regardless of the permanent bending or the temporary bending of the rotor.
